Authors are required to prepare manuscripts using the official journal template and follow the requirements outlined below. Compliance with these guidelines facilitates peer review, editorial processing, and publication.

Language

Manuscripts must be written in clear, grammatically correct English. Authors are responsible for the linguistic quality of the submitted text. Either British or American English may be used consistently throughout the manuscript.

Article Length

The recommended length of a manuscript is 12–14 pages using the journal template. Longer manuscripts may be considered if justified by the scope and significance of the research.

Manuscript Structure

Research articles should normally contain the following sections:

  • Introduction
  • Literature Review and Problem Statement
  • Research Aim and Objectives
  • Materials and Methods
  • Results
  • Discussion
  • Conclusions
  • Acknowledgements (if applicable)
  • References

Section titles may be adapted to reflect the specific nature of the research, provided that the overall scientific structure remains clear.

Title

The title should be concise, informative, and accurately reflect the content of the study. Authors are encouraged to avoid unnecessary abbreviations and highly specialized terminology where possible.

Author Information

The manuscript must include the following information for each author:

  • Full name;
  • Institutional affiliation;
  • City and country;
  • ORCID identifier;
  • Email address;
  • Scopus Author ID (if available).

Abstract

Each manuscript must include an informative abstract written in English.

The abstract should:

  • summarize the purpose of the study;
  • describe the methods used;
  • present the main findings;
  • highlight the scientific contribution and practical significance.

The recommended length is 300–350 words.

References, figures, tables, formulas, and unexplained abbreviations should not be included in the abstract.

Keywords

Provide 5–6 keywords or keyword phrases that accurately describe the subject of the article and facilitate indexing and discovery.

Avoid overly general terms and abbreviations where possible.

Figures

Figures must be of high quality and suitable for publication.

  • All figures must be numbered consecutively.
  • Each figure must have a descriptive caption.
  • Figures should be cited in the text before their appearance.
  • Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce copyrighted materials.

Text within figures should remain clearly readable after publication.

Tables

Tables should be created using editable table tools and not submitted as images.

  • Tables must be numbered consecutively.
  • Each table must have a title.
  • Tables should be referenced within the manuscript text.

Mathematical Expressions

Mathematical formulas should be created using an editable equation editor (e.g., MathType or Microsoft Equation Editor).

  • Equations referenced in the text should be numbered consecutively.
  • Symbols and variables should be clearly defined when first introduced.
  • Formulae submitted as images will not be accepted.

Units and Nomenclature

Authors should use the International System of Units (SI). Symbols, abbreviations, and technical terminology should be defined at first use unless they are widely recognized within the discipline.

References and Citations

The journal uses the IEEE citation style.

References should:

  • be cited in numerical order within the text;
  • contain complete bibliographic information;
  • include DOI identifiers whenever available;
  • reflect recent developments in the field.

Authors are encouraged to use international peer-reviewed sources indexed in recognized scholarly databases.

A typical research article should contain at least 25 references.

Research Transparency Statements

The manuscript should include the following statements where applicable:

  • Conflict of Interest Statement;
  • Funding Statement;
  • Data Availability Statement;
  • Acknowledgements.

Ukrainian Metadata

After the English-language manuscript, authors must provide Ukrainian-language metadata, including:

  • article title;
  • author information;
  • abstract;
  • keywords.

The Ukrainian metadata should accurately reflect the content of the English version.

Template and Additional Documents

Authors must prepare manuscripts using the official journal template available on the journal website.

The template contains detailed formatting specifications, examples of references, and instructions for preparing figures, tables, formulas, and metadata.

Final Check Before Submission

Before submission, authors should verify that:

  • the manuscript complies with the journal template;
  • all figures and tables are included and cited;
  • references are complete and correctly formatted;
  • all required statements have been provided;
  • the manuscript has been proofread and approved by all co-authors.

Manuscripts that do not comply with the journal requirements may be returned to the authors for technical revision before entering peer review.
