Author Guidelines
The editorial office requires the following documents:
– electronic version of the article formatted according to the requirements (Article Template)
– signed consent for the processing of personal data (Read More)
Each manuscript, provided all required documents are submitted, may be published in the next issue of the journal, subject to external peer review and a positive decision by the Editorial Board.
Submission is free of charge.
Publication is subject to a fee (Publication cost)
The average time for initial of the manuscript evaluation is two months.
The average time for peer review is two months.
The average time to publication is three months.
All manuscripts are checked for plagiarism using StrikePlagiarism.com
Delivery Journal Copies
Regular mail
Printed copies of the journal are sent or delivered in person to the address provided by the author:
postal code, city or settlement, district, full name of the recipient (surname, first name, patronymic), and mobile phone number.
Materials may also be sent to the author's email address.
In this case, the same contact details must be clearly indicated.
Submission Requirements
Submitting a manuscript to the journal authors confirm its compliance with all established requirements and ethical norms of the journal, and also certify that they own the exclusive copyright to the article, that it has not been previously published and submitted for consideration to the other journals and conferences, and does not contain information, prohibited to be published in an open press.
Articles that do not meet these requirements will not be considered and should be rejected.

If the submitted materials do not meet these criteria, the editorial board will return them for revision.
- The manuscript has not been previously published and is not under review by another journal (or appropriate explanations are provided in the comments to the editor).
- The submission file must be in Microsoft Word format.
- All web links in the text are complete and correctly formatted.
- The text must use 11-point font with “Multiple 1” line spacing; author emphases must be in italics (not underlined); all illustrations, charts, and tables must appear directly in the body of the text, in their appropriate positions (not at the end of the document).
- The text must comply with the stylistic and bibliographic standards set out in the Formatting Requirements
- The material is submitted to a peer-reviewed journal, and the submission file has been prepared in accordance with the Review Process Instructions
Copyright Notice
Authors retain copyright and grant the journal the right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).
This license allows others to freely use the published material, including for commercial purposes, provided that appropriate credit is given, a link to the license is provided, and any changes are indicated. This must not imply endorsement by the authors.
Note: The license applies to full-text reuse or reuse of specific elements (e.g., figures, tables). Standard academic citation (in-text or in the list of references) does not require license attribution and is permitted under scholarly norms.
No additional legal or technical restrictions may be applied that would prevent others from exercising the rights granted by the license.
Confidentiality Policy
The names and email addresses provided by users on this site are used solely for the technical operation of the journal. They are not disclosed to or shared with third parties.
The basic principles the editors follow:
1) All reviewers confirm the confidentiality of information with which they work up to the time of the paper publication.
If a reviewer needs help or advice of experts about a particular subject matter, the reviewers report to the editorial staff and get permission for such consultation.
The information, proposed by the authors to the editors, is not transferred to third parties.
All contact information, which the authors give to the editorial board, is used only by the editors and is not transferred to third parties.
2) The main principles that guide our editorial board:

The license can be completed electronically and must be signed by all authors.
A scanned or digital signature is sufficient.
If needed, the editorial board may request affiliation confirmation separately.

The cover letter must be completed electronically.
